Purple hair!

I've colored my hair - Barney the Dinosaur purple. That was not the intent - to look like a kid's cartoon, but it is the reality of the outcome.

And, I've had two lines carved into the nape - in an upside down V.

V for Victory.

V for Vanquished.

V for Very weird, especially for a school teacher. But not for an artist.

You see, I figured, if my hair looked like I cut and colored it like this on purpose - that's more powerful than chemo white straggles.

Thankfully, in a week, the color has faded to a soft lavender. Which means...

...it's time to select another color.

And those eyebrows?

No, I'm not coloring them.

But - they are tattooed. Seriously amazing, best brows ever.

So a shout out to Natalie Jill - for creating what chemo took away - before they were all gone.

And those lashes?

While they are still too tiny on the lid, look at those all-the-same-length lashes on the bottom!

Another weird thing -

The hair that used to part on the right? Nope. It's all growing in the opposite direction. I was informed that my hair...

...would come back a different texture - it did - baby fine.

...a different color - yup- (no, not lavender!)

...that it might be curly - nope - still straight.
