For those of us who have gone through the trials and tribulations of cancer, the light at the end of the tunnel is an Image Reborn Retreat. I couldn't help but ask myself, "What did I do to deserve this amazing weekend of pampering?" Oh, cancer. That's right.

Image Reborn is a non-profit organization whose mission is to offer relaxation, rejuvenation and pampering to those who so readily give of themselves, even during their own time of great need. These weekend retreats bring women from all over the United States together, to connect in a sisterhood of caring, sharing, and understanding. From dawn to dusk, every event, every meal, every guest speaker is there to help bring us through. It's the boost that we need to get "up and over" cancer. It's a weekend where we can shed fears and sometimes tears.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to participate in a most perfect retreat held at Maven Strong in Salt Lake City. Please peruse the images to get a better sense of what Image Reborn offers the cancer fighters that have become us.
